Do you sell to end customers or private individuals?
We sell exclusively to registered business customers with proof of trade: to resellers and integrators as well as to commercial users such as hotels, clubs or companies. We do not supply private individuals. Registered projects of our trade partners are secured by deal protection.
How do I become a customer?
You register with company details and proof of trade via our contact form. After activation, usually within 48 hours, you order at trade conditions.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver throughout Europe, including non-EU countries such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom. On request via drop shipping directly to your end customers.
Do you also handle installations?
No, deliberately not. Installation and integration are our partners' business. We supply hardware, system design, training and support so that your projects succeed.
Can I test products before buying?
Yes. In our showroom in Rietberg you can see cameras, direction and LED technology in live operation, together with your end customers if you like. Demo units and trial installations are available for projects.
